Our history

This project is born from the love and passion that the members of our team, with different backgrounds, have always lavished in the organization of private events and business, contributing with creativity and aesthetic sense and with a look always attentive to the art of receiving, to make them special, unique and inimitable.
Our different skills always allow us to plan, organize and set up every type of event, in every aspect. From the most tedious but necessary ones such as budget planning and management, administrative procedures, selection and contact with suppliers; to the most amusing and frivolous ones, such as the ideation of the theme of marriage or a party, or the choice of the type of decoration and location.

Our team

My name is Ivana I am a Roman archaeologist and it is from my passion for this profession and my desire to spread the knowledge of the immense artistic and cultural heritage of Italy, which are the first cultural events organized in Pisa. From there the pace was short for the establishment of Stairway to Event with the idea of dedicating ourselves to the planning and organization of events of any kind. I call Event creator, I provide personalized advice for the planning of the mood of the event, edited in detail and according to the taste of a great passion for the art of decorum. I cover the role of artistic director of the day of the event and I take care of the public relations for the society.

My name is Carla I studied and I specialized as a lawyer but I have always had a vocation for the art of receiving and the bon ton in organizing parties, receptions and dinners for friends. Later this passion of mine turned into a real job. I have the role of coordinator and intermediary in relations between suppliers and customers. I take care of the legal and bureaucratic aspects attached to the organization and I am the press officer of the company.

My name is Marta, in virtue of my university studies in the economic field I play the role of financial coordinator of the company. My skills in problem solving, developed thanks to the countless experiences and collaborations in the industry, allow me to face any unexpected with rationality and creativity, to find dynamic solutions, fast but always optimal. I enjoy personally taking care of the outfits thanks to constant research and a particular sensitivity that allows me to recognize, anticipate and follow the requests and tendencies of married couples, both in Italy and abroad.
