We chatted with the hair stylist Carlo Musto , owner of the salon “Carlo Musto Parrucchieri” , located on the coast of Marina di Pisa, affiliated to the Fashion Research Group of Mix Art Diffusion :
What are the 2016 trends in your sector
For the new spring / summer there is still a return to hairstyles with conspicuous volumes on the top of the head, finishes intentionally left dirty and insertion in part of different types of braid.
In the last few years, what do you think has changed in terms of hairstyles for brides?
The elegance and extreme care in hairstyles has always been a must, but today we try not to incur the total distortion of the person or in too drastic changes; so it is natural, so that even on the most important day you do not feel too different from the usual, but only yourself.
When do you have to comb a bride what inspires you? The kind of person I have in front of you and the theme you chose for the wedding, in every detail, from the ceremony to the reception.
Is there anything that all the brides have in common? How do you recommend it?
In common there is undoubtedly a unique and special day for the bride, and by virtue of this it is important to listen to her to understand her wishes. My advice is oriented to what I believe is necessary for the definition of its image in a personalized way, taking into account, during the consultation phase, all its characteristics.
Are more tests necessary for a wedding hairstyle? What’s behind the study of a wedding hairstyle?
The number of tests depends on the results obtained from time to time; it may happen that “the first is good”. Behind the study there is a diagnosis of the hair and an analysis of the conformation of the bride as a whole, and not least the model of wedding dress she will wear.
Your advice for brides who have to choose the hairstyle for their wedding day
To feel, however, oneself and in harmony with everything else.
What do you recommend to those with short hair?
Without a doubt, a perfect hairstyles, and in any case not to exclude the possibility of applying elongations with extensions.
Are there any hair that is easier to style?
Surely the most full-bodied hair, sufficiently thick and of a right length.
How much can a wedding hairstyle cost?
It ranges between 200 and 300 euros, even more or less … it depends.
Lists at least 5 good reasons to hire a hair professional.
1) Total look advice and advice;
2) Preparation of hair through cut, color and restructuring;
3) Guarantee of the result, the bride is at the center of attention, absolute protagonist, therefore deserves the best;
4) Ability to use the professional for all the family entourage;
